The purpose of the Leadership Institute for Military Spouses’ Alumni Network is to provide ongoing support and resources for military spouses who have completed the Leadership Institute program. It aims to facilitate a strong community where members can share experiences, access professional development opportunities, and network with one another. The network fosters leadership skills and encourages personal and professional growth among military spouses, empowering them to navigate the unique challenges of military life while contributing to their communities. Through events, workshops, and mentorship, the Alumni Network seeks to inspire and equip military spouses to become stronger leaders.
