The purpose of the Leadership Institute for Military Spouses’ Alumni Network is to provide ongoing support and resources for military spouses who have completed the Leadership Institute program. It aims to facilitate a strong community where members can share experiences, access professional development opportunities, and network with one another. The network fosters leadership skills and encourages personal and professional growth among military spouses, empowering them to navigate the unique challenges of military life while contributing to their communities. Through events, workshops, and mentorship, the Alumni Network seeks to inspire and equip military spouses to become stronger leaders.


The Alumni Network will provide all alumni the opportunity to continue their growth as community leaders.

The key objectives include:

1- Networking and Community Building: Foster strong connections among military spouses, creating a supportive community that encourages sharing experiences and resources.

2- Professional Development: Provide access to workshops and training that enhance leadership skills and career development opportunities for alumni.

3- Mentorship Opportunities: Establish mentorship programs that connect experienced leaders with emerging leaders, facilitating guidance and support.

4- Resource Sharing: Provide a platform (HUB) for sharing valuable information, best practices, and resources relevant to leadership advancement.

5- Advocacy and Representation: Promote awareness of the unique challenges faced by military spouses and advocate for their interests within the broader military community.

6- Continued Engagement: Encourage alumni to stay involved with the Institute and contribute to its goals, fostering a sense of belonging and commitment.

7- Leadership Opportunities: Inspire and empower military spouses to take on leadership roles within their communities, both in military and civilian contexts.
